Monthly Incentives of 4% - 7% of Sales.
Incentives start from Rs.75,000 sales
per month,
irrespective of target achievement.
Special Joining Allowance for 6 months,

addition to a starting salary of Rs.7,000 per
month.
Special Allowance ranging from Rs.1,000
to Rs.5,000
per month is paid to MRs based on their performance
at the discretion of their Manager.

Based on performance, they can earn between 50%
to 100% of their salaries. |

PRODUCT MANAGERS / MARKETING MANAGERS . |
50% of the best Product Managers and Marketing
Managers get around 50% to 100% of their total
Salaries as additional incentives on a quarterly basis.
There is a set criteria for the evaluation of the
performance. |

Incentive of 1.75 times
his average team
members incentive is paid.
Special allowance ranging
from Rs.3,000 to
Rs.7,000 per month is paid to the 1st line
Manager based on their performance at the
discretion of their 2nd line Manager.

Manager) |
Incentive of 2.25 times his team members
incentive is paid.
Special allowance ranging from Rs.5,000
to Rs.10,000 per month is paid to the 2nd
Line Manager based on their performance
